Richard G. Gibb Mr. Gibb had a 33 year career with Federal Signal
Corporation, a $1.1 billion diversified international manufacturer,
most recently as Executive Vice President. He served as
President -- Fire Rescue Group, a $389 million group manufacturing
fire apparatus, and President -- Safety Products Group, a $253
million group manufacturing industrial safety products, parking
control products and hazardous area lighting. Mr. Gibb
completed 11 acquisitions over his career. He oversaw
companies in the US, Canada, the UK, Spain, Finland, the
Netherlands, Brazil and South Africa. His charitable work has
included Chairman -- Chicago South Suburban United Way, President --
Governor's State University Foundation, Director -- Chicago South
Suburban Chamber of Commerce and Director -- Illinois Philharmonic
Orchestra. Mr. Gibb holds a BA from Ohio State
University.
Kim A.
Wehrenberg Prior to
founding Quaestor, Mr. Wehrenberg was Vice President and General
Counsel of Federal Signal Corporation, a $1.1 billion diversified
international manufacturer. Before that he was Counsel with
Arvin Industries Incorporated and Modine Manufacturing
Company. Mr. Wehrenberg has completed 40 acquisitions over his
career, and structured $300 million in privately placed and bank
debt in 2003. He is a former Director of Quality Machine &
Tool Works, the Columbus, Indiana Economic Development Board and the
Columbus, Indiana YMCA. Mr. Wehrenberg holds a BA from
Dartmouth College and a joint JD/MBA from Indiana
University.
Mark
R. Gibb Prior to
founding Quaestor, Mr. Gibb was President of Safety Storage
Incorporated, a $20 million manufacturer of pre-fabricated steel
HazMat storage buildings. Before that he led strategy
consulting engagements with Fortune 500 firms for Accenture.
Mr. Gibb's experience also includes senior sales and operations
roles with Stewart Warner Instrument and Federal Signal Corporation,
including an expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom. His
charitable work has included a Directorship of the San Benito County
United Way. Mr. Gibb holds a BA from the University of
Illinois at Urbana, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin
and did graduate work at Copenhagen Business School in
Denmark.
Duane A.
Doerle (not pictured) Mr. Doerle
joined Quaestor in April 2005 after a 20-year career at Federal
Signal Corporation where he was last Vice President-Corporate
Development. In this capacity between 1992 - 2004 he completed more
than 35 acquisitions and divestitures totaling more than $400
million. Prior to working in corporate development Mr. Doerle held
several operating and finance positions at Federal Signal. Duane
joined Federal Signal in 1984 from Abbott Laboratories where he held
positions in finance and treasury. Mr. Doerle holds a BBA in
Economics from Pan American University and an MS in Finance from
the University of Illinois.
